訂單及付款
– 所有訂單須經我們確認，方生效。韓國服飾代理產品以網站或Instagram顯示為準。
– 一經確認，訂單不可取消，除非產品缺貨。我們將退款或提供替代。

運送及退貨
– 運送至香港地區，時間視物流而定（通常2-3星期）。
– 退款處理需扣除運費及行政費，非質量問題不接受退貨。
– 我們不負責因不可抗力（如天災）導致的延誤。

Orders and Payment
– All orders are subject to our confirmation to take effect. Korean apparel agency products are as displayed on the website or Instagram.
– Once confirmed, orders cannot be canceled unless the product is out of stock. We will refund or provide alternatives.

Shipping and Returns
– Shipping to Hong Kong areas, with delivery times depending on logistics (usually 14-21 days). International shipping to be discussed separately.
– Refunds will deduct shipping and administrative fees. No returns for non-quality issues.
