運送及訂單條款
1. 訂單流程
- 訂單確認：所有訂單須經香港韓國時裝代理確認方生效。韓國服飾代理產品以網站或Instagram顯示的庫存及價格為準。
- 訂單提交：透過網站、Instagram DM或指定平台提交訂單，提供準確姓名、聯繫方式及地址。
- 付款方式：接受信用卡、FPS、微信支付（中國大陸）等第三方平台，付款資料由安全平台處理，我們不儲存敏感資訊。
- 價格說明：價格以港幣（香港）或人民幣（中國大陸）顯示，包含稅項。海外訂單以美元結算，匯率依付款日為準。
- 訂單取消：訂單確認後不可取消，除非產品缺貨。我們將於3個工作天內退款或提供替代韓風穿搭產品。
2. 運送政策
- 香港本地運送：
- 運送時間：確認訂單後1-2個工作天內送達（視物流公司）。
- 運費：滿港幣500免運費，否則到付。
- 運送方式：合作物流（如順豐快遞），提供追蹤號碼。
- 送貨範圍：涵蓋香港島、九龍、新界及離島（離島或偏遠地區可能額外收費）。
- 中國大陸運送：
- 運送時間：確認訂單後5-10個工作天（視海關清關速度）。
- 運費：按重量及地區計算，約人民幣30-100，訂單滿人民幣800可享優惠。
- 運送方式：順豐快遞或EMS，提供追蹤號碼。
- 注意事項：客戶負責海關稅費（若有）。請確保地址符合中國大陸規範，避免延誤。
- 海外運送：
- 運送時間：確認訂單後7-20個工作天（視目的地及清關）。
- 運費：按國家及包裹重量計算，實際結算顯示收費。
- 運送方式：DHL、FedEx或國際郵政，提供追蹤。
- 注意事項：客戶承擔進口稅、關稅及當地費用。部分國家可能有限制，請訂購前確認。
3. 退貨及退款
- 退貨條件：
- 韓國時裝產品若有質量問題（如破損、與描述不符），可於收貨後7天內申請退貨，需保留原包裝及未使用。
- 非質量問題（如不合身、個人喜好）不接受退貨，特殊情況可聯繫我們協商。
- 退貨流程：
- 聯繫客服（info@loisirhk.com或Instagram @loisirhk）提交退貨申請，提供訂單號及照片。
- 經審核後，提供退貨地址。客戶負責退貨運費（質量問題除外）。
- 退款處理：
- 退款於收到退貨並驗證後7個工作天內處理，扣除運費及行政費（若適用）。
- 退款返還至原付款方式。
4. 特殊情況
- 缺貨：若韓國服飾代理產品缺貨，我們將聯繫您提供退款或替代選擇。
- 延誤：因天災、海關檢查或物流問題導致延誤，我們不承擔責任，但會協助追蹤。
- 地址錯誤：請確保提供正確地址。錯誤地址導致退件，需額外支付重新運送費用。

Shipping and Orders
1. Order Process
– Order Confirmation: All orders are subject to confirmation by the Hong Kong Korean Fashion Agency to take effect. Korean apparel agency products are as shown on the website or Instagram, subject to availability and pricing.
– Order Submission: Place orders via the website, Instagram DM, or designated platforms, providing accurate name, contact details, and address.
– Payment Methods: We accept credit cards, PayPal, WeChat Pay (Mainland China), and other third-party platforms. Payment details are processed securely by these platforms; we do not store sensitive information.
– Pricing: Prices are in Hong Kong dollars (Hong Kong) or Chinese Yuan (Mainland China), inclusive of taxes. Overseas orders are settled in USD, based on the exchange rate at the time of payment.
– Order Cancellation: Confirmed orders cannot be canceled unless the product is out of stock. We will issue a refund or offer alternative Korean style outfit products within 3 business days.
2. Shipping Policy
- Hong Kong Local Shipping:
Delivery Time: 1-2 business days after order confirmation, depending on the logistics provider.
– Shipping Fees: Free for orders over HKD 500; otherwise, charge on delivery.
– Shipping Method: Partnered logistics (e.g., SF Express), with tracking numbers provided.
– Coverage: Includes Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, and outlying islands (additional fees may apply for remote areas). - Mainland China Shipping:
– Delivery Time: 5-10 business days after order confirmation, subject to customs clearance.
– Shipping Fees: Calculated by weight and region, approximately CNY 30-100. Discounts apply for orders over CNY 800.
– Shipping Method: SF Express or EMS, with tracking numbers provided.
– Notes: Customers are responsible for customs duties (if applicable). Ensure addresses comply with Mainland China regulations to avoid delays. - Overseas Shipping:
– Delivery Time: 7-20 business days after order confirmation, depending on destination and customs.
– Shipping Fees: Calculated by country and package weight, displayed before checkout (approximately USD 10-50).
– Shipping Method: DHL, FedEx, or international post, with tracking provided.
– Notes: Customers bear import taxes, duties, and local fees. Some countries may have restrictions; confirm before ordering.
3. Returns and Refunds
– Return Conditions:
– Korean fashion products with quality issues (e.g., damage, discrepancy) can be returned within 7 days of receipt, in original packaging and unused condition.
– Non-quality issues (e.g., fit, preference) are not eligible for returns, but special cases can be discussed with us.

– Upon approval, a return address will be provided. Customers cover return shipping costs (except for quality issues).

4. Special Circumstances
– Out of Stock: If Korean apparel agency products are unavailable, we will contact you to offer a refund or alternative options.
– Delays: We are not liable for delays due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, customs checks), but we will assist with tracking.
– Incorrect Address: Ensure accurate address details. Additional fees apply for re-shipping due to incorrect addresses.
